Draft code of conduct. This text is provisional; the final code and reporting contact will be published here.
MACHINA brings together people from many countries, companies and disciplines. We want every one of them to be able to do their best work here. This code applies to everyone at MACHINA and its events, including MACHINA FACTORY and the VIP Dinner: attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, media, volunteers and staff.

What we expect
Be professional and respectful. Disagree with ideas, not people. Respect people's time, space and boundaries, on the floor, on stage and online.

What we don’t accept
Harassment, discrimination or intimidation of any kind; unwelcome physical contact or attention; recording or photographing people who have asked you not to; disruption of talks or demos; unsafe behaviour around robots and equipment on the showcase floor.

If something happens
Speak to any MACHINA staff member. We will listen, act and keep your report as confidential as we can.

What we may do
Anyone who breaks this code may be asked to leave without a refund and may be refused entry to future MACHINA events.
