Discuss, debate, define

Four tracks across the full physical AI stack, from the robots themselves to the chips that power them. The full agenda will be published soon.

The physical AI stack

One summit, the whole stack

Physical AI only works when every layer does. MACHINA programmes all four, so a humanoid founder, a simulation lead, a plant manager and a chip designer can hear each other.

Track01

Embodiment

Translucent blueprint-style render of a humanoid robot shoulder joint, with its motor, cabling and the MACHINA M

The bodies physical AI runs on

Humanoids, quadrupeds, autonomous vehicles, dexterous hands and specialised robots: what they can do today, what they cost to build, and what has to change before they ship at volume.

For: Robotics founders and engineers, hardware investors, product leaders.

Topics

  1. 01Humanoids and general-purpose robots
  2. 02Quadrupeds and mobile manipulators
  3. 03Dexterous hands and tactile sensing
  4. 04Autonomous vehicles and specialised robots

2026 speakers working in this area

Bernt Børnich (1X), Jeff Cardenas (Apptronik), Jonathan Hurst (Agility Robotics), Péter Fankhauser (ANYbotics), Marc Raibert (RAI Institute).

Track02

Training

Translucent blueprint-style render of a drone body with camera lenses and rotor assemblies

How machines learn physical skill

Simulation, synthetic data, robot foundation models and reinforcement learning: how robots learn to act, and how that learning carries from simulation to the real world.

For: AI researchers, ML and robotics engineers, data and simulation teams, AI investors.

Topics

  1. 01Simulation and digital twins
  2. 02Synthetic data at scale
  3. 03Robot foundation models: vision, language, action
  4. 04Reinforcement learning and sim-to-real transfer

2026 speakers working in this area

Jim Fan (NVIDIA), Carolina Parada (Google DeepMind), Abhinav Gupta (Skild AI), Thomas Wolf (Hugging Face).

Track03

Deployment

Exploded blueprint-style render of a robotic actuator: housing, gear ring and bearings

Physical AI at work

Where robots earn their keep: manufacturing, warehouses, logistics, energy, infrastructure and space. The economics, the integration work and what operators learned from the first deployments.

For: COOs, plant and operations leaders, logistics and energy companies, integrators, enterprise buyers.

Topics

  1. 01Manufacturing and factory automation
  2. 02Warehousing and logistics
  3. 03Energy, infrastructure and inspection
  4. 04Space and extreme environments

2026 speakers working in this area

Andrew Lonsberry (Path Robotics), Ali Agha (FieldAI), Yves Pétin (Fraikin).

Track04

Infrastructure

Blueprint-style render of a processor chip marked with the MACHINA M on a circuit board

The stack underneath it all

Semiconductors, compute, cloud infrastructure and hardware manufacturing: the supply chain physical AI depends on, and where its bottlenecks are.

For: Semiconductor and cloud companies, hardware manufacturers, infrastructure investors, CTOs.

Topics

  1. 01Semiconductors and edge AI chips
  2. 02Compute for training and inference
  3. 03Cloud infrastructure for robotics
  4. 04Hardware manufacturing and supply chains

2026 speakers working in this area

John Kourentis (Arm), Evan Helda (Nebius), Ilya Tolchinsky (Synopsys), Sviat Dulianinov (Bright Machines).
